Tapping Maples and Sap Collecting, Feb 10 & 17 (Wednesdays 2pm) OR Feb 12 & 19 (Fridays 10:30am) OR Feb 18 & 25 (Thursdays 5pm). Help us prepare for the upcoming Maple Sugarin’ Festival by tapping our maple trees the first week and then coming back to collect sap the second week. Learn how and why we tap trees and about the boiling down process. Even try some real maple syrup! We will be hiking and carrying equipment so dress appropriately. You MUST be able to attend BOTH days in order to register for this program. FEE: $5.

Pancake Breakfast, March 6 and 7. Come and enjoy the fruits of our labor and our maple trees on some delicious pancakes! The Annual Pancake Breakfast will be held at Oregon Ridge Lodge from 8 am until noon each day. Tickets can be purchased at the door, $6.00 for adults, and $3.00 for children ages 2 to 8. Pancakes with 100% maple syrup, sausage, orange juice, coffee, tea, or milk are on the menu.
